A profound statement by the Earl of Derby in 1863 is still true today “Those who do not make time for exercise will eventually have to make time for illness”
So where do we start?
Finding the time is the easy part. The difficult part is working out when to do the
exercise and how often -
The first six weeks are critical in any exercise programme and we therefore provide online support from the specialist every week that will motivate you and keep you on track during this period.
At the end of the consulting hour, you will have a clear vision of what the best form of exercise for you will be, when to do it and how hard to push yourself.
Remember exercise is more than having a gym membership or a stroll to the train station
