A one-off consultation with the exercise specialist will help develop a programme that is enjoyable and suitable for you as an individual, and for those reasons it makes the achievement of your goals a realistic prospect. The specialist will look at your lifestyle and exercise ability and devise a suitable, bespoke exercise programme. The ability check is fairly comprehensive and includes:


The first six weeks are critical in any exercise programme and we therefore provide online support from the specialist every week that will motivate you and keep you on track during this period.

At the end of the consulting hour, you will have a clear vision of what the best form of exercise for you will be, when to do it and how hard to push yourself.
