MEDICENTRE'S WALK-IN SERVICE

One of the great advantages offered by Medicentre is that you can simply walk in to any of our clinics without an appointment in the knowledge that you will see a medical professional. There's no need to have been a patient before, to have pre-registered or for a referral of any kind. It really is that simple.

Following the completion of a basic registration form, you'll be seen by a member of our medical team. If you'd like to complete the form in advance, you can download it here and bring it along with you.


You may be seen immediately or you may have to wait for a short while - depending on how busy the centre is when you visit. Complimentary refreshments, newspapers and a TV are on hand.


APPOINTMENTS

If you know when you'd like to come along, you can of course book an appointment. Simply call us, or complete the 'Book an Appointment' form and a member of our call centre team will call you back and arrange it with you. Location details of all our centres, together with a map and transport links, are available in our Locations section.


CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS


Once you have booked an appointment, that clinic and consultancy time is reserved for you. If you have to cancel for some reason, please let us know as soon as you can. Depending on how near to your appointment you cancel, the following cancellation fees apply.


3 days or more from appointment:  No fee.

Less than 72 hours:                      75% of fee

Less than 48 hours:                      90% of fee

Less than 24 hours,                      the full fee will apply.


LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?


If you are late for your appointment, we will of course do our best to accommodate you. However during busy periods, this may not be possible and it might be necessary to defer your appointment to later in the day or even on another day. Please note that if we are not notified that you are going to be late or if an offered alternative time is not suitable, the  full cancellation fee will apply.
