This advice applies to the region known as Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia
This is the most vast region on the planet, which stretches from Western Australia to Pitcairn on the other side of the Pacific. However the recommendations for vaccination are fairly consistent.
With the exception of Melanesia (Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, New Caledonia) there is no risk of Malaria.
There are no requirements for Australia or New Zealand.
All nations of Oceania require a certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever if you have travelled from an infected region.
The advice given here assumes that primary courses have been received, i.e. diphtheria, tetanus and polio given during childhood. If this is not the case, please let us know during your consultation.
