There are no requirements for vaccination for either the USA or Canada, (see the note below about primary vaccinations) although rabies should be considered for extended visits to the Canadian wilderness.
For Central America, from Mexico down to Panama, vaccinations against Hepatitis A, Tetanus and Typhiod are recommended, with Diptheria, Hepatitis B, Rabies Typhoid recommended for longer visits or for those making regular trips. Malaria is a hazard in some Central American nations.
Most nations in this region require a certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever for those travelling from infected areas.
The advice given here assumes that primary courses have been received, i.e. diphtheria, tetanus and polio given during childhood. If this is not the case, please let us know during your consultation.
