Medicentre provides a General Practice service from seven centres in central London which encompasses a wide range of non-emergency health care, available by appointment or on a 'walk in' basis, although you may sometimes have to be prepared to wait a short while if the team is already fully engaged.  

You can be assured of prompt and professional service, treatment and advice from our team of doctors and nurses in a friendly and comfortable environment.

For single problems we have standard fees for consultations which generally take only 15-20 minutes or so. However if you need more time for discussion or to explore further options, there is no need to feel ‘rushed’ because the consultation can be extended to 40 minutes for a modest fee. REFERRALS

It may be that the best course of action is to refer you to a consultant who specialises in your specific medical condition for further examination, investigation and possible treatment.

Should this be the case, we can arrange a ‘fast-track’ referral: an appointment will be made for you with the appropriate consultant as soon as possible and they will contact you to discuss your availability and to confirm which hospital or clinic is most convenient.

We aim to book appointments as soon as possible but please be aware that waiting times can vary from an immediate, same-day appointment to an appointment within a few days, depending on availability of a suitable consultant, the urgency of the case and the specific hospital you wish to attend.

After the initial consultation and any investigations required, your consultant will be able to advise you on his recommendations for any further treatment that may be necessary.
